This part is based around the diverter valve section. The diverter valve is a device that only appears in combi boilers. It allows the hot water to be guided to the central heating system (radiators, etc.) or to the domestic hot water system (taps, etc.). This feature is what seperates a normal boiler from a combi boiler due to the fact the boiler can provide hot water and heating without the need for a cylinder.
This part is present in 13 different boilers in the Alpha range including the Alpha CD 24 , CD 24 , CD 32 , CB 24 , CB 24X . In the next tab there is an appliance grid with links to all boilers that contain this part.
We recommend that all parts are fitted by a fully qualified gas safe certified plumber.
